Role Description The Odoo ERP Support Executive will provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Ultrahuman’s Odoo-based business systems,



ensuring smooth operation of core processes such as inventory, sales, procurement, finance, and customer service. Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Odoo modules, troubleshooting user issues, managing tickets, documenting solutions, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and optimize workflows. The role involves creating and updating reports, assisting with data integrity and migrations, supporting new feature rollouts, and conducting user training and onboarding for ERP-related activities. The Odoo ERP Support Executive will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system enhancements while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
