Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Bhopal for Housekeeping Associate, Housekeeping Supervisor, Assistant Manager Housekeeping, and Front Office Guest Service Associate (GSA) positions. Day-to-day responsibilities in housekeeping include maintaining high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas,



managing linen and laundry operations, and ensuring all housekeeping procedures follow brand guidelines and safety standards. Supervisory and assistant manager duties involve leading and training the housekeeping team, scheduling and allocating tasks, conducting inspections, coordinating with other departments, and addressing operational issues promptly. Front Office GSA responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, responding to guest inquiries, handling reservations, and providing efficient, courteous customer service at all times. All roles work closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless, guest-focused experience and support Accor’s service standards.
Qualifications
