About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of India Sales to lead and scale our India business for a rapidly growing engineering services organization serving global semiconductor, embedded, and automotive technology companies.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue Ownership
Own and drive the overall India sales strategy and revenue targets.
Expand existing customer relationships and acquire new strategic accounts.
Build a sustainable pipeline of large enterprise opportunities.
Drive account growth through multi-year engineering services engagements.
Strategic Account Management
Identify, develop, and grow key accounts within semiconductor, embedded systems, automotive electronics, and related technology sectors.
Convert strategic opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Develop account plans and drive revenue expansion across customer portfolios.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead,



coach, and scale the India sales organization.
Establish performance metrics and sales governance processes.
Build a high-performance, results-oriented sales culture.
Executive Stakeholder Management
Engage with CXOs, Engineering Leaders, Delivery Heads, Procurement Teams, and Business Decision Makers.
Build trusted relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
Represent the organization at industry events and customer engagements.
Deal Closure & Commercial Excellence
Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, pricing strategies, and contract closures.
Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
Drive proposal development, SOW creation, and commercial governance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with product, engineering, delivery, and leadership teams.
Align customer requirements with organizational capabilities.
