? Role Overview
As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, coordination, and HR operations. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in Human Resources and Talent Management within a fast-paced EdTech environment.
? Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for interns and entry-level roles
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Maintain and update candidate and employee records
Coordinate with internal teams for hiring and training activities
Assist in HR communications, follow-ups, and reporting




Support engagement initiatives and HR process improvements
? Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, HR operations)
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Self-motivated and willing to learn in a structured environment
? Qualifications
Any undergraduate / graduate (HR, Management, or related fields preferred)
Freshers are welcome
Training and guidance will be provided
