Expectations from the Role
Act as the onsite Oracle Integration Cloud consultant and primary coordinator between customer stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
Conduct customer integration requirement sessions, interface design discussions, data mapping walkthroughs, dependency reviews, and solution clarification workshops.
Capture and document interface requirements, source/target mappings, transformation rules, security requirements, error handling approach, assumptions, risks, issues, and action items.
Coordinate with offshore OIC developers, functional consultants, technical teams, reporting teams, and testers to ensure requirements are understood and delivered as per project plan.
Review and validate OIC integration design for REST/SOAP services, ERP adapters, file-based integrations, FBDI/BIP extracts, ESS jobs, callbacks, schedules, and notifications.
Facilitate regular customer meetings, offshore handoffs, status reviews, technical walkthroughs, test readiness reviews, and defect triage sessions.




Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, interface mock runs, cutover, go-live readiness, and hypercare from the onsite location.
Track open items, defects, dependencies, change requests, integration failures, and escalations; follow up with responsible teams to drive timely closure.
Provide clear communication to customer and project leadership on progress, risks, blockers, decisions required, and offshore delivery status.
Ensure quality of deliverables by reviewing technical design documents, mapping sheets, unit test results, deployment notes, monitoring approach, and production support runbooks before customer review.

Must Have
Minimum 10+ years of Oracle technical/integration experience with strong Oracle Integration Cloud implementation exposure
Robust onsite customer-facing capability with experience in requirement gathering, integration workshops, design walkthroughs, and stakeholder
