Title/Designation - Analyst/Senior Analyst - Ad Operations
Location - Preferably Andheri East, Mumbai/Remote.
Timings- 2-11pm. ( We have a free home drop facility, incase if you are working from office. )

About The Role

We are looking for someone curious, organized, and eager to learn to join our Performance Marketing team.
You'll get hands-on exposure from day one — setting up and managing campaigns across Meta, Google, Taboola, and TikTok, monitoring performance, pulling together reports, and optimizing toward revenue goals.
Over time, you'll play a real part in growing a global, multi-million dollar advertising business. This role is a outstanding fit if you're just starting out in digital advertising — whether you're a fresh graduate or have up to 2 years of experience. What matters more than your resume is that you're detail-oriented, keen to learn fast, and excited about working with data to drive performance.

What You Will Do

Campaign Execution:
• Set up and launch campaigns across Meta, Google, Taboola, and TikTok following internal guidelines




• Manage day-to-day campaign operations including budgets, bids, and targeting adjustments
• Ensure campaigns go live on time with correct tracking and compliant creative assets in place
Performance & Optimization
• Monitor campaign performance daily and flag anomalies or opportunities
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve results
• Optimize campaigns to hit KPI targets Reporting & Analysis
• Pull and compile weekly and monthly performance reports
• Translate data into clear takeaways and present findings to the team
Process & Knowledge
• Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards at all times
• Conduct market research to stay informed of trends & best practices in the global market
• Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in global digital advertising
Reporting & Analysis
• Pull and compile weekly and monthly performance rep
