Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that promote ERP24K and other solutions to jewellery retailers and wholesalers. Day-to-day activities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring online brand presence,



and running targeted online marketing campaigns. The role also involves analyzing web and campaign performance data, generating reports, and recommending improvements to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation. Collaboration with product, sales, and design teams to align messaging and support marketing initiatives will be a key part of the role. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience managing multi-channel campaigns.
Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, execution, and community management.
Proficiency in Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
Excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration with internal teams, and stakeholder coordination.
