Job Description: Marketing Manager - Advanced Therapies

Role Purpose:

The Marketing Manager – Advanced Therapies is responsible for driving market leadership, demand generation, portfolio positioning, outbound marketing activities across the Advanced Therapies portfolio which includes Cardiology, Interventional Radiology and Surgery solutions. The role serves as the strategic link between customers, sales teams, business lines, service organizations, and headquarters to develop and execute market growth strategies, strengthen customer engagement, build thought leadership, and accelerate adoption of cutting-edge imaging and therapy technologies and solutions.

As a Marketing Manager – AT Zone India, you will plan and execute field marketing activities that drive demand generation, brand awareness, and pipeline growth in the market, in alignment with regional marketing priorities.

You will work closely with sales and business teams to localize regional campaigns and develop creative marketing programs that resonate with customers. This role is execution focused, hands on,



and ideal for a marketer who enjoys turning ideas into measurable results.

In addition, you will actively contribute to Zone India wide initiatives, collaborating with cross-country teams and working on regional projects beyond the India market. This includes sharing best practices, co-developing scalable campaign concepts, and supporting joint programs, ensuring strong alignment and impact across the region

Scope of the Role:

Own and execute marketing strategy for the Advanced Therapies portfolio across India and selected neighboring countries, aligned with business priorities.
Translate market insights, customer needs, and portfolio strengths into clear value propositions and commercial programs.
Create measurable business impact through customer advocacy, and sales enablement.
