Job Responsibilities
* Provide quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
* Monitor vital signs and patient condition continuously.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Operate and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators and infusion pumps.
* Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies.
* Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
* Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
* Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
* Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate care.
Eligibility
* B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognised institution.
* Minimum 3+ years of ICU experience.
* Good knowledge of critical care nursing and ICU procedures.
* Strong communication and patient care skills.
* Willingness to work in shifts.
