We are looking for an experienced and people-focused People Operations – Lead to own and strengthen the organization’s people processes across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 5–11 years of experience in People Operations, HR operations, and payroll, with robust expertise in building efficient processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless employee experience.
This role will work closely with leadership, employees, finance, and other cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day people operations while continuously improving HR processes, systems, and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end People Operations processes, including onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, promotions, exits, and employee lifecycle management.
Manage and maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, personnel files, and organizational data.




Drive monthly payroll processing in coordination with internal teams and external payroll partners, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
Review payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, and other compensation-related components.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment, payroll, statutory, and labor regulations.
Coordinate with Finance and other stakeholders for payroll reconciliation, employee payments, and resolution of payroll discrepancies.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, workflows, and operational frameworks.
Manage employee queries related to payroll, benefits, policies, leave, attendance, and other HR operations.
Support performance management, employee engagement, compensation reviews, and other people initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee and compensation information.
