Qualifications: • Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
Experience: • 2–5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Skills: Technical Skills: • Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment. • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance procedures. Behavioral Competencies: • Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Good communication and teamwork. • Attention to detail and commitment to safety. • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. Systems / Digital Skills: • Basic knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.



• Ability to use digital diagnostic tools and electronic maintenance records.
Key accountabilities: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and equipment. • Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs. • Inspect equipment and replace worn or damaged components. • Install, assemble, and dismantle mechanical parts as required. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance procedures. • Complete maintenance records and report equipment issues. • Compliance with LOTO and HSE procedures. • Responsible root cause analysis of mechanical problem or breakdowns. • Participation in planned shutdowns and emergency breakdown maintenance.
