Key Responsibilities
Survey & Measurements
• Conduct site surveys and measurements with junior designers.
• Verify site dimensions and site conditions.
• Guide junior team members during surveys.
Design Development
• Develop concept designs, mood boards, and client presentations.
• Prepare space planning and furniture layouts.
• Select materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and accessories.
• Create detailed design drawings and specifications.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements, functionality, and aesthetics.
Technical Documentation
Prepare detailed working drawings including:
• Furniture Drawings
• Ceiling Plans
• Electrical Layouts
• Flooring Layouts




• Joinery Details
• Coordinate drawings with Architectural and MEP consultants.
• Ensure drawings are site-feasible and construction-ready.
Client Interaction
• Attend client meetings and presentations.
• Explain design concepts and material selections.
• Incorporate client feedback into design revisions.
Site Supervision
• Conduct regular site visits.
• Ensure execution matches approved drawings.
• Resolve site-related design issues.
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with junior designers and draftsmen.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Support senior designers on complex projects.
Project Management
• Track project timelines and deliverables.
• Assist in BOQs and material estimation.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Ensure timely project completion.
