Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. The specialist will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, respond to inquiries, and follow up with prospects to understand their project requirements and recommend suitable MSafe products and services. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads,



preparing quotations, coordinating with the operations and technical teams, and updating the CRM with accurate customer and sales information. The role involves nurturing long-term relationships, providing product information and demonstrations (where applicable), and supporting the sales team with reports, forecasts, and documentation. The Inside Sales Specialist is expected to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety standards.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage professionally with customers over phone, email, and in person.
