The Role: Industrial Sales
This is a frontline, travel-intensive B2B industrial sales role focused on opportunity creation, account expansion, and deal closure. It is not a desk-based position, but a hands-on field role where your ability to build trust, create value, and win business will directly shape Metguard’s growth.

What You Will Do
Own opportunity generation and conversion within assigned territory




Develop and expand industrial plant accounts
Engage plant teams, maintenance, procurement, and senior decision-makers
Identify operational pain points and position value-based solutions
Lead techno-commercial discussions and close on value, not price
Coordinate internally to ensure strong post-order execution
Maintain pipeline discipline, market intelligence, and payment realization
Maintain transparent reports & records

Who We're Looking For
2–3 years of B2B industrial/ project sales experience
Exposure to coatings, chemicals, maintenance products, or engineered solutions
Mechanical or Chemical Engineering background
Strong ownership mindset and field-driven approach
