What You’ll Do
Network Growth: Identify, recruit, and onboard global affiliate publishers, media partners, and ad networks.
Commercial Negotiation: Handle payout structures, top-tier placements, traffic terms, and campaign parameters.
Performance Optimization: Monitor traffic quality, track conversions, and scale high-performing publisher accounts.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with advertisers and internal teams to resolve issues and streamline delivery.





What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–3 years (Associate) or 3–7+ years (Manager) in Affiliate Marketing, Publisher Partnerships, or Performance Advertising.
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, campaign optimization, and experience managing international partner accounts.
Network: An existing global publisher network is highly preferred (though strong acquisition skills are equally welcome).
Bonus: Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms.
