Role Description

The HR & Marketing Intern will support both human resources and marketing activities in a hybrid setup based in Lucknow, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with recruitment coordination, maintaining candidate records, and supporting onboarding and documentation processes. Responsibilities can also include basic market research, collecting feedback from clients or collaborators, and preparing simple reports or presentations.



This is an internship role intended to provide practical exposure in HR operations and digital marketing within a creative services organization.
Qualifications
Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment support, onboarding assistance, and maintaining employee or candidate records.
Interest in marketing and digital media, including social media management, campaign support, and brand promotion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with social media platforms is beneficial.
