About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, developing social media campaigns, and helping strengthen our brand's online presence.
This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, enjoys creating short-form video content, and is comfortable appearing on camera for qualified brand content.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Create engaging content including Reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels, stories, and other digital assets.
Appear on camera and confidently present in Reels, promotional videos, educational content, interviews, and other brand videos.
Research current social media trends, formats, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to the brand.
Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and other social media copy.




Coordinate with internal teams to understand products, services, campaigns, and company updates.
Shoot and coordinate basic video content using smartphones or other equipment.
Work with designers, video editors, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and other relevant metrics.
Analyze content performance and recommend improvements based on audience behavior and platform insights.
Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Support promotional campaigns, employer branding, and other digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form video content.
