The Migration Company (TMC) is looking for a passionate and experienced German Language Trainer with C2-level proficiency or certification to deliver high-quality German language training to working professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured German language training from A1 to C1 levels, with a strong focus on professional and workplace communication.
Conduct engaging and interactive online live sessions for adult and corporate learners.
Provide guidance and support for self-paced learning, including learner activities, practice exercises, and assignments.
Develop and adapt curriculum, lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments for both live and self-paced learning.
Provide regular, constructive feedback and individual learning support to help learners achieve their language goals.
Monitor and track learner progress, attendance, participation, and performance.




Collaborate with TMC's internal academic and operations teams to ensure training quality and achievement of learning outcomes.
Adapt teaching approaches to meet the varying proficiency levels, professional backgrounds, and learning needs of adult learners.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should have:
C2-level German certification or above from a recognized institution, and/or
A Master's-level qualification in German, German Language, German Studies, or a relevant field.
Demonstrated experience in teaching German as a foreign language.
Experience working with adult learners, working professionals, or corporate learners.
Strong command of communicative, qualified, and workplace German.
Strong online teaching and digital learning skills.
Ability to develop structured learning materials and support self-directed learning.
