Role Description The Social Media Manager is a contract, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, including content calendars, post scheduling, and campaign management aligned with client goals. The Social Media Manager will create and refine copy for posts, collaborate with designers and video teams to produce engaging content,



and optimize social media performance through analytics, A/B testing, and SMO techniques. Daily responsibilities include monitoring online conversations, responding to comments and messages, managing community engagement, and preparing performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients. The role also requires staying current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing campaigns across major platforms.
Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to plan, create, and adapt content for diverse audiences and formats.
Excellent Communication skills, including transparent written communication and professional client and team interactions.
Ability to analyze social media metrics
