Role Description

Research emerging raw materials, technologies, and manufacturing practices used in foundries globally.
Read and analyze research papers, patents, conference proceedings, technical journals, and industry publications to identify current product opportunities.
Collaborate with IITs, IISc, NITs, international universities, research laboratories, and industry organizations on technical projects and product development.
Work with global suppliers and manufacturers to develop and customize new products for the Indian market.
Support laboratory evaluations, industrial trials, product validation, and technical troubleshooting.
Prepare technical reports, literature reviews, product specifications, trial protocols, and technical documentation.
Track global technology trends and recommend new product categorie
