Job Description – Training Centre Manager & Caregiver Trainer
Location: Noida – Sector 140 | Full-Time | In office

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Training Centre Manager & Caregiver Trainer to independently manage our new training centre and ensure high-quality training and readiness of caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct theory and practical training for Japa Caregivers, Nannies/Babysitters and other care staff.
Train Caregivers on baby care, mother care, hygiene, feeding, breastfeeding support, bottle sterilization, bathing, baby massage, diapering, newborn handling, sleep routines, developmental activities, safety, communication and professional behaviour.
Conduct practical assessments and deployment-readiness evaluations.
Manage the complete day-to-day functioning of the training centre, including batches, attendance, materials, records and discipline.
Handle parent/visitor visits and provide information about caregiver training and quality standards.
Coordinate with Operations,



HR and Recruitment regarding caregiver training and deployment readiness.
Analyse caregiver/parent feedback and introduce new training initiatives and improvement measures.
Maintain training records and provide regular reports to management.

Candidate Profile
0-2 years of experience in caregiver, nursing, healthcare or childcare training.
GNM/ANM/B.Sc. Nursing or relevant healthcare qualification preferred.
Strong knowledge of newborn, mother and childcare.
Good communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Ability to independently manage a centre and train caregivers.
Proactive, organised, empathetic and focused on continuous improvement.
Basic to good computer knowledge with ability to use MS Office/Google Workspace and digital tools.
Comfortable learning and implementing new technology and training tools.
