Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Agent based in Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Life Insurance Agent will identify and approach prospective clients, explain LIC’s insurance and financial products, and recommend suitable plans based on individual needs and risk profiles.



Daily responsibilities include managing client appointments, conducting needs assessments, preparing policy proposals, and assisting customers with applications, documentation, and claims-related queries. The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with policyholders, providing policy servicing support, and following up on renewals and cross-selling opportunities. The agent will also collaborate with branch teams, participate in training and sales campaigns, and adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards.
Qualifications

Strong Insurance Sales and Insurance skills to understand products, advise clients, and achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of Insurance Brokerage and Finance to interpret financial needs, compare options, and offer suitable solutions.
Excellent Customer Service skills to build trust, manage queries, and support clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
