Are you an HR professional enthusiastic about shaping inclusive, innovative, and high-integrity workplaces? Lenovo is seeking an Employee Relations (ER) specialist to support ER initiatives across a transformational and multi-cultural environment.
Reporting to the Employee Relations (ROW) Leader within HR Strategy Operations, you will collaborate within ER and across HR, Legal, Ethics Compliance, business leaders, and employees to support ER matters with a primary focus as a dedicated ER investigator. This role is key to advancing Lenovo’s culture and employee experience with opportunities to support global ER initiatives.
