Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Representative role based in Bengaluru, supporting learners and families in the US and other global markets. The Customer Support Representative will handle inbound and outbound queries across phone, email, chat, and other channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.



Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving product and account-related issues, guiding users through platform features, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams. The role involves maintaining detailed records of interactions, following up on open tickets, and providing feedback to improve processes, product usability, and customer experience. The representative will collaborate closely with operations, product, and academic teams to deliver consistent, learner-centered support that aligns with Bhanzu’s mission.

Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with experience handling queries across multiple channels.
Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through empathy, active listening, and solution-focused interactions.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English suitable for US-based customers.
