Role Overview
HomeLane is looking for a proactive, result-oriented and highly networked
Assistant Manager / Manager– FOFO Property Sourcingto drive property identification and sourcing for FOFO expansion across India.

The role will be responsible for building and managing a strong network of property brokers, real-estateconsultants, channel partners and property owners across key markets; identifying high-potentialcommercial properties; evaluating locations and catchments; negotiating commercial terms; and driving theend-to-end closure of suitable properties for HomeLane FOFO stores.
Experience & Skills
1)6–10 years of relevant experience in property sourcing, commercial real estate, retail expansion,business development, franchise expansion or commercial leasing.
2)Robust hands-on experience in property sourcing and broker/channel-partner management.
3)Established network of property brokers, real-estate consultants, channel partners and propertyowners across multiple Indian markets preferred.




4)Good understanding of commercial real-estate markets and local micro-markets across India.
5)Experience in identifying locations for retail stores, franchise outlets, showrooms, experience centresor other commercial establishments is preferred.
6)Strong negotiation, commercial and relationship-management skills.
7)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8)Ability to independently generate leads and build a strong multi-city property pipeline.
Strong target orientation and ownership mindset.
9)Comfortable with extensive travel across cities and markets for market visits, property inspections and negotiations.

Ideal Candidate

-The ideal candidate should have 6–10 years of strong property-sourcing experience and an active
network of property brokers and real-estate channel partners across multiple Indian markets.
