We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in strengthening our talent pipeline.
What you’ll be doing:
? Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles
? Source and identify relevant talent through various channels
? Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews
? Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
? Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline
? Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
? Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress
