Role Description The Marketplace Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Indore,



responsible for driving sales and performance across leading online marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms. Day-to-day activities include managing product listings, monitoring pricing and promotions, analyzing sales data, and optimizing catalog visibility to meet revenue and growth targets. The role involves coordinating with operations, inventory, and customer support teams to ensure accurate stock levels, timely order processing, and high customer satisfaction. The Marketplace Sales Specialist will also handle marketplace communication, resolve escalations, and support training related to marketplace processes and best practices. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new sales opportunities, improving conversion rates, and aligning marketplace strategies with overall business goals.
