Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting consultations, and closing deals for interior design projects. Daily responsibilities include meeting potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting design solutions and pricing,



and coordinating with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on inquiries, and building long-term relationships through regular communication and excellent service. The Sales Executive will also track sales targets, contribute to local marketing initiatives, and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Qualifications
Proven sales skills in consultation-based or high-value products/services, with solid negotiation and closing abilities.
Customer relationship management skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts, pricing, and processes clearly to diverse clients.
Basic understanding of interior design or home improvement domains, or a strong interest and willingness to lear
