The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team developing software for next-generation Wi-Fi connectivity solutions. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise, execution excellence, and people leadership to deliver high-quality software across multiple layers of the Wi-Fi protocol stack.
This role requires a leader who can balance engineering depth with organizational effectiveness. You will develop engineering talent, drive execution against ambitious goals,



and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
You will serve as Product Owner for your team's backlog and priorities while leading a high-performing engineering team to deliver robust, high-performance software on schedule.

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
· 14+ years of professional software development experience, with 5+ years in engineering management roles.
· Proven experience developing embedded software, firmware, or systems software for complex products.
· Strong hands-on coding skills in C and debugging expertise at the hardware/software boundary.
· Strong exposure to CI/CD pipelines, integration testing, and performance benchmarking frameworks.
· Experience leading teams delivering production-quality embedded software in complex systems.
