Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role focuses on managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding,



performance management support, and employee life cycle processes. The Senior Executive will develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Daily responsibilities include handling employee relations, addressing HR queries, maintaining HR documentation and HRIS records, and supporting payroll and attendance management. The role also involves partnering with leadership to support workforce planning, engagement initiatives, training coordination, and culture-building activities that reflect CorpZo’s values of innovation and collaboration.

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in managing end-to-end HR processes.
