Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Chhatarpur

Duration: 6 Months

Reports To: Talent Acquisition Head

We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team across sourcing, screening, and hiring coordination for multiple roles and functions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment cycles, candidate engagement, and hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidate profiles from job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Post job openings on relevant job boards and career platforms
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/panels
Coordinate in getting interviews feedback and reason of rejection.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and communicate role expectations
Assist in sending rejection communications, and onboarding documentation to candidates.
Support employer branding efforts like social media hiring posts, referral drives, campus outreach




Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements (JD, skills, experience level)

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a MBA degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking data
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) is a plus
Ability to multitask is highly preferred.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with deadlines
Prior exposure to recruitment/HR internship is a plus but not mandatory
