Role Description The District Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area.

Deliver area-level primary and secondary revenue targets; own the monthly sales plan and forecast
Lead, manage, and develop a team of 4 to 8 Sales Executives through structured reviews, ride-alongs, and coaching
Build and deepen relationships with wholesalers and retailers




Execute go-to-market strategies including new product launches, schemes, and price changes at the area level
Maintain solid credit discipline oversee collections, set credit limits, and resolve outstanding disputes
Own the recruitment and onboarding of Sales Executives in coordination with the management team
Typical day-to-day tasks include visiting client locations, explaining about products and brand associated with the company, negotiating pricing and sharing quotations, monitoring order volumes, following up on long overdues and coordinating with internal operations to ensure timely deliveries.
The District Sales Manager will track sales performance of other sales employees, prepare regular reports and targets for the month, and collaborate with leadership to develop local sales strategies and promotional activities.
