Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Paid Media Executive role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Paid Media Executive will plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across key digital platforms, optimizing budgets and bids to achieve defined performance metrics and ROI.



Responsibilities include conducting audience and keyword research, developing ad copy and creative briefs, monitoring campaign performance dashboards, and making data-driven adjustments to improve results. The role involves collaborating with account managers, creatives, and analytics teams to align paid media strategies with client goals, as well as preparing regular reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders. The Paid Media Executive will also stay current with platform updates, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously refine campaign execution.
Qualifications
Strong skills in paid media campaign setup and optimization on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major digital ad networks.
Ability to use analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, tag managers, dashboards) to interpret data and drive decisions.
Experience in audience segmentation, keyword research, and performance-focused campaign
