About the Role

We are looking for an Executive / Senior Executive – Business Development (Admissions & Counselling) to join our team. The role involves engaging with prospective students, understanding their academic and career goals, counselling them on suitable university programs, and supporting them throughout the admission journey.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, a robust sales mindset, and the ability to build trust with students and parents while consistently achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities





Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, messages, and online platforms.
Counsel students and parents on university programs, eligibility, admissions, and career opportunities.
Guide students through the complete admission journey, from enquiry to enrollment.
Maintain strong knowledge of partnered universities, courses, eligibility criteria, and admission policies.
Coordinate with university partners for application processing, documentation, and enrollment.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, interactions, and conversions using CRM/Excel.
Follow up consistently with prospective students to improve conversions.
Share market feedback and student insights to support marketing and counselling strategies.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.
