Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitor applications and infrastructure using Splunk and Dynatrace.
Investigate and resolve production incidents and performance issues.
Support Java and Spring Boot backend applications.
Troubleshoot MongoDB-related data and application issues.
Assist with AWS deployments and cloud operations.
Perform log analysis, debugging, and root cause analysis.
Maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
Ensure application stability, availability, and performance.
Experience Required:
2-4 years of experience in Software Engineering or Production Support.
Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Experience with Splunk for monitoring and log analysis.
Knowledge of Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
Experience with MongoDB and database troubleshooting.
Exposure to AWS cloud services and production environments.
Solid problem-solving and incident management skills.
Production Support experience is preferred.
Education: Any Graduation.
