About The Role
We are looking for a smart, proactive, dependable, and responsible Student Relationship Executive (CRM) to manage the post-admission student experience.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with students, ensuring timely communication, coordinating course-related requirements, resolving student concerns, and making sure that no key task or commitment is missed.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, professional, and positive relationships with students after admission.
Act as the primary communication bridge between students, faculty, and internal teams.
Communicate class schedules, changes, announcements, and other important course updates to students on time.
Coordinate and provide support during online Zoom classes,



ensuring smooth communication between students and faculty.
Ensure timely delivery of study materials, PDFs, recordings, tests, and other course resources.
Handle student queries, discrepancies, complaints, and concerns with patience and professionalism.
Coordinate with faculty, academic, operations, content, and technical teams to resolve student issues.
Take complete ownership of student concerns from initiation to closure and follow up until resolution.
Proactively identify potential issues and take timely action to prevent delays and dissatisfaction.
Manage multiple students, batches, and tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Maintain proper records of student communication, requests, feedback, and resolutions.
Focus on delivering an excellent post-admission / after-sales student experience and maintaining high student satisfaction.
