The Role:
We deeply believe that the club evolves as an extension of the GM's personality, traits and ethics.
This extends directly to sales. The GM is the final owner of the Club's commercial health — membership sales, corporate tie-ups, renewals, and revenue — not a spectator to it. They build the Club's presence beyond its walls through corporate outreach, community engagement, and partnerships, so the Club is sought after, not just available. They stay close to pipeline, conversion, and forecasts with the same seriousness as service quality. And they lead sales from the front — visible at events, corporate meetings, and key closures — because a GM who only manages from the office loses credibility on both fronts.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Sales and Business Development:
Take complete ownership of the clubs overall sales and revenue targets.
Develop and execute the annual sales strategy,



business plan and channel-wise targets.
Build and manage a strong B2B and corporate sales pipeline.
Drive corporate memberships, HNI sales, premium customer acquisition and key account relationships.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships, corporate tie-ups, referrals, BTL activations and cross-promotional opportunities.
Identify current business opportunities and expand the clubs customer and partner network.
Build, lead, train and develop a high-performing sales team with clear targets and accountability.
Establish a structured sales process covering lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, pipeline management and reporting.
Own sales forecasting and regularly analyse performance against targets, identifying gaps and taking corrective action.
Conduct regular sales reviews and ensure consistent team performance and revenue delivery.
