About the Role
We are looking for a professional and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team and help customers understand, evaluate, and adopt residential solar solutions.
The role will involve handling inbound leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining solar solutions, following up consistently, coordinating site visits, and converting qualified leads into customers.
This is a customer-facing sales role and requires excellent communication, professionalism, persistence, and the ability to build trust with homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads from Meta, Google, website, WhatsApp, phone calls and other channels.
Contact customers promptly and understand their electricity consumption, requirements, property details and solar interest.
Explain solar systems, expected generation, savings, pricing,



financing options and applicable subsidies in a clear and professional manner.
Qualify leads based on customer requirement, property suitability, budget and purchase intent.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate lead information, follow-ups and sales activity in the company's CRM.
Coordinate site visits with the project/technical team.
Work closely with the technical and project teams to move qualified leads from enquiry to site survey and proposal.
Prepare and share quotations/proposals and explain them to customers.
Handle customer questions and objections professionally and work towards closing sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups until the customer makes a decision.
Coordinate internally for documentation, booking, payment and project handover after the sale.
Maintain a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
