Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including prospecting potential clients, conducting outreach, and nurturing leads through the sales cycle. The Business Development Executive will manage client accounts, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.



Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, preparing proposals and presentations, maintaining accurate sales records, and meeting defined revenue and growth targets. The role also requires regular communication with stakeholders, participation in client meetings and events, and contribution to strategic initiatives that expand Elytespark’s presence in the edutech sector.
Qualifications

Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
Solid understanding of Business and Account Management principles, including client relationship building and retention.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Experience in sales or business development, preferably within edutech, training, or technology-driven services.
