Exp. – 1-2yrs. in QA profile

- Monitor service and sales calls to assess employee
- Review a subset of agents’ conversations
- Accompany evaluations with meaningful and constructive feedback
- Discuss and explain feedback with agents in regular meetings
- Help agents improve their performance with specific instructions and constant support
- Create reports that reflect support performance
