You will own GH2 India's member relationships and convening engine. This seat keeps 130+ companies engaged, renewed, and growing, and delivers the conclaves, roundtables, and stakeholder programmes through which GH2 India shapes India's green hydrogen agenda. You will work directly with the CEO and represent GH2 India to CXOs, senior government officials, port authorities, and international institutions.

This is a relationship and delivery role, not a research role. Policy analysis and market intelligence sit with dedicated colleagues; your job is to connect members to them and to each other.

CTC range: INR 7.5 to 12 lakh per annum, commensurate with experience

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

2 to 5 years in membership, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or programme delivery at an industry body, chamber, think tank secretariat, international organisation, or B2B convening platform
A track record with senior relationships: you are comfortable calling a CEO's office or a Joint Secretary's office and getting a result




Demonstrated end-to-end delivery of at least one large multi-stakeholder conference or delegation programme
Excellent written and spoken English; senior-audience-ready communication without supervision
CRM fluency and robust operating discipline: trackers, workback plans, and follow-through are second nature
Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate; frequent travel within India
Interest in the energy transition; green hydrogen knowledge is a plus, not a prerequisite. We will teach you the sector; we cannot teach ownership.
