Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead business development activities for our domestic recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, developing strategic relationships, generating recruitment mandates, and driving revenue growth.
The candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, recruitment/staffing services, and corporate relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
Identify and acquire new corporate clients across multiple industries.
Build and maintain relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Business Heads, and senior decision-makers.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns,



references, networking, and market research.
Understand clients’ recruitment requirements and propose suitable staffing and recruitment solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Prepare proposals, service agreements, quotations, and commercial terms.
Negotiate recruitment fees, payment terms, and business contracts.
Generate regular recruitment mandates and ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful and timely closure of client requirements.
Monitor sales performance, revenue, client acquisition, and conversion metrics.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, meetings, negotiations, and closures through CRM/MIS.
Develop long-term relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
Identify new industries, sectors, and market opportunities for business expansion.
