Role Overview
We are seeking a agile Senior HVAC Sales & Design Engineer to lead our sales team, manage the pipeline, and deliver timely, accurate project quotes. In this hybrid role, you will also serve as our technical anchor, designing efficient HVAC systems from initial load calculations to equipment selection and layout.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the entire sales team to hit revenue targets.
System Design: Perform heating/cooling load calculations and design ductwork/piping layouts.
Quoting & Estimation: Ensure rapid turnaround of competitive technical proposals and cost estimations.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in HVAC design and technical sales.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or Carrier HAP software.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team and close B2B deals.

Education
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
