We are looking for highly experienced Senior Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from the Indian Air Force (IAF) background to join our growing aerospace engineering team.

✔️ Sr. SME – Powerplant / Engine Systems (1 Position)
✔️ Sr. SME – Airframe / Mechanical Systems (1 Position)
? Eligibility Criteria:
• Retired IAF Ex-Service Personnel with 20+ years of technical experience
• Qualification in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, A.M.E Diploma, or equivalent
• Hands-on aircraft maintenance experience in:
Engine / Powerplant Systems
Airframe & Mechanical Systems
• Experience on helicopters will be an added advantage
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation
• Robust mentoring and coaching capabilities for junior engineers




• Exposure to training departments and computer-aided training programs
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Prior experience as a Subject Matter Expert supporting engineering or IT-based aerospace projects will be a plus
