Job Description

Fly Bagna is looking for a Visa Processing Assistant to support our visa operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a career in the travel and tourism industry. You will assist in managing visa applications and documentation for multiple international destinations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in processing sticker visas for UK, USA, Schengen countries, Japan, South Africa, and Canada
Handle and support e-visa applications
Collect, verify, and organize client documents as per embassy and consulate requirements
Maintain accurate records and track visa application status
Coordinate with clients to ensure timely submission of documents




Support visa processing for individual travelers, group departures, and corporate tours
Communicate visa requirements and updates clearly to internal teams and clients
Ensure compliance with immigration and travel regulations

Requirements & Qualifications

0–1 year of experience in visa processing or a degree in the travel/tourism industry
Basic knowledge of sticker visas and e-visas
Understanding of visa documentation processes
Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry
Strong organisational and documentation skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Experience in the travel industry is a plus
