About the Role

Velocious Apps is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer to join our team in Dehradun. This position is ideal for freshers who have a strong interest in web design, UI/UX, and creating modern, responsive, and visually appealing websites.

You will work closely with our development and product teams to design and improve websites and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Design clean, modern, and user-friendly website interfaces.
- Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Convert ideas and requirements into practical website designs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Create and maintain UI components, layouts, and design elements.
- Improve website usability, visual consistency, and overall user experience.
- Review implemented designs and suggest improvements where required.





Basic Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Basic knowledge of responsive web design.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of typography, spacing, layouts, colors, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to understand design requirements and communicate ideas clearly.
- Willingness to learn new design tools and technologies.
- A portfolio, personal website, academic project, or sample designs will be an advantage.

Preferred
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
- Understanding of modern web design trends.
- Familiarity with design systems and reusable UI components.
- Basic understanding of accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
