Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and configure Cisco Meraki network infrastructure including switches, wireless access points, and MX security appliances.
Analyze network telemetry and operational data using Meraki APIs, SNMP, NetFlow, and Syslog.
Build and maintain automation scripts for network health checks, configuration validation, and performance reporting.
Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and performance issues across LAN, WAN, wireless, and SD-WAN environments.
Support governance reporting, KPI tracking, and incident/problem resolution for enterprise network operations.
Experience Required:




4 to 7 years of experience with Cisco Meraki, Meraki Dashboard, and Cisco LAN switching in enterprise environments.
Robust working knowledge of network architecture, wireless connectivity, security controls, and SD-WAN configuration.
Ability to analyze network data using SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, REST API, and Meraki API integrations.
Experience with Python scripting, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing fundamentals, and operational troubleshooting in large-scale networks.
Good to Have:
Cisco DevNet exposure for network automation and API-based integrations.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related discipline.
