Role Description The Campus Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Campus Manager will coordinate and oversee FACE Prep’s programs and activities on partner campuses, ensuring smooth execution of training sessions, workshops,



and placement-focused initiatives. This role involves liaising with college administration, faculty, and student groups, managing schedules, and resolving operational issues promptly. The Campus Manager will engage with students to address queries, encourage participation, and gather feedback to improve the learning experience. Day-to-day responsibilities also include reporting program performance, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to align campus operations with FACE Prep’s overall goals.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with students, faculty, and internal teams.
Proficiency in Campus Management and coordination, with experience handling events, schedules, and stakeholder relationships.
Customer Service orientation, with the ability to respond to student and institutional needs in a timely and qualified manner.
