Role Description The Luxury Residential Sales Specialist (Real Estate) is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle for premium residential properties, including prospecting, presenting project details, conducting site visits, and guiding customers through negotiations and closing. The specialist will build and nurture long-term client relationships, maintain an updated pipeline of leads,



and ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with Credvest’s ethical standards. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams and developers, preparing sales proposals, maintaining accurate documentation and reports, and staying informed about market trends and competitive offerings. The role also involves participating in sales events, providing feedback on customer insights, and contributing to continuous improvement in sales processes.

We are looking for: Project Managers will be the face of our Projects. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will be responsible for maintaining a healthy Lead-to-Sales prospect flow, converting qualified leads and nurturing leads that are not yet sales-ready.
