Role Description The Videographer is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for producing high-quality video content that showcases Biolume’s products, treatments, and brand story. Day-to-day tasks include planning and storyboarding shoots, filming product demonstrations, training sessions, and promotional content, and collaborating with marketing and education teams to align video concepts with campaign objectives. The role involves setting up lighting, sound, and camera equipment, directing on-screen talent when needed,



and managing post-production tasks such as editing, color correction, and basic motion graphics. The Videographer will also optimize videos for various digital platforms, maintain an organized media library, and contribute creative ideas to strengthen the brand’s visual identity.
Qualifications
Strong skills in camera operation, lighting setup, and sound recording for studio and on-site shoots.
Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and basic motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
Ability to plan shoots, create storyboards, and translate marketing and training objectives into engaging visual narratives.
Experience producing content for digital platforms such as social media, websites, and online training modules.
Attention to detail in framing, color, and sound, with the ability to maintain consistent brand aesthetics.
